Evidently, a leader in clinical data intelligence, has appointed Chris Cowart as its new Head of Growth to drive business expansion and client acquisition. The strategic hire follows the company’s Series A funding round, closed in December 2024, marking the third addition to its leadership team since then.

Cowart brings extensive experience in healthcare AI, having served in leadership roles at Xsolis and spent over 15 years in business development and sales within healthcare and B2B sectors. At Evidently, he will lead efforts to meet the growing demand for AI-driven chart review and reimbursement support solutions that aim to reduce provider burnout and optimize revenue cycles.

“Chris is the right leader to guide our rapid growth,” said Feng Niu, CEO of Evidently. “As healthcare organizations adopt AI to support care and unlock reimbursement opportunities, Chris’s expertise will help us scale effectively.”

Evidently’s platform, built on 15 years of research in deep learning, knowledge graphs, and LLMs, is designed to interpret and summarize complete patient charts—including clinical notes and external records—integrating seamlessly into providers’ existing systems. The platform enhances productivity and documentation accuracy, often unlocking significant revenue through improved coding and compliance.

Expressing enthusiasm about his new role, Cowart shared, “I’ve spent most of my career in healthcare, and the potential of AI to solve pressing challenges is greater than ever. Evidently’s vision and commitment stand out, and I’m excited to be part of this journey.”
