ActiveCampaign Unveils First Autonomous Marketing Connector for Claude

Autonomous marketing connector

ActiveCampaign today launched its first autonomous marketing connector for Anthropic’s Claude. The integration already appears in Claude’s Connector Directory. It runs on ActiveCampaign’s MCP server, allowing marketers to securely access campaign data, automations, and contact records. With this new connector, users can analyze performance, build campaigns, and trigger automations through simple natural-language prompts.

Because the connector lives on the MCP server, Claude users no longer need to switch platforms. Instead, they manage all their ActiveCampaign workflows directly inside Claude. This means marketers can move from insight to action more swiftly and efficiently.

Jason VandeBoom, CEO and founder of ActiveCampaign, said the integration redefines marketing productivity. He emphasized that by bringing ActiveCampaign’s billions of data points into Claude, the company meets users where they already work. He added that the integration gives marketers a seamless way to go from questions to execution.

Key specifications include:

Conversational Insights: Marketers can chat with Claude for campaign results, contact details, or automation performance. Claude perceives context and surfaces relevant data.

Workflow Automation via Claude: Users can use natural language to trigger specific automations. For example, they might say, “Start the post-meeting thank-you automation for Emma,” and Claude executes it.

AI-driven Suggestions: Claude can analyse recent campaigns and provide strategic recommendations. For example, it might report that open rates increased by 15% among new customers, before suggesting a follow-up campaign to build on that engagement.

This connector now lives in Claude’s directory. Marketers can learn more about how to connect by visiting ActiveCampaign’s integration page.

ActiveCampaign describes itself as an autonomous marketing platform, empowering teams to automate campaigns using AI agents. These agents “imagine, activate, and validate”  freeing marketers from manual workflows.
