This project consolidates data production security and creative infrastructure into a single state-of-the-art facility located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The project aims to develop Jailhouse Studios, combining secure data infrastructure with production facilities for film, music, and AI-driven creation.

Urban Redevelopment and Cutting-Edge Facilities
Urban Story Ventures was at the helm of the deal for leasing and redeveloping the former jail. This location briefly served as home to the Wells Bijou Theatre &, and for many years, has operated as the community jail. Its purpose has now transformed to provide secure computing and maker environments, which meet the growth objectives of the area. To ensure the development of cutting-edge facilities, Urban Story Ventures partnered with STEM. Which is in association with Oracle and Golden Acquisitions for implementing sovereign data storage. AI processing and cloud infrastructure capabilities that can withstand quantum computing challenges. This mixed-use development project will have production studios, LED volumes, artist lofts, classrooms, and community areas.
