LIV Appoints Lauren Chadwick and Kesha Howard to Lead Growth Initiatives

LIV made major announcements related to LIV’s management team, appointing Lauren Chadwick as the new Vice President of Marketing. Kesha Howard is the Vice President of Customer Experience. Chadwick will oversee LIV’s marketing functions and will drive brand and revenue growth. Chadwick has rich expertise in growing usage and transaction-driven SAAS businesses. Prior to joining LIV, she worked as the Senior Vice President of Growth Marketing at Backlight. She also held prior roles at Blackhawk Network and CashStar.

Simultaneously, Howard is responsible for customer lifecycle strategy & operations. She is in charge of customer success, partner success, & product support. With over 15 years of experience as a leader in customer success. In vertical software, Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Prior to LIV, Howard was Senior Director of Customer Success at ResMan. It is clear that these appointments will help LIV deliver even more value to the fire and life safety markets.
