Now, she will be responsible for leading consumer marketing efforts at MDVIP to drive primary care growth. In addition, she will also improve brand awareness and support the expansion of physician practices across the country.

Notably, Schaefer has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by physicians and the changing dynamics of the healthcare market. She previously served as General Manager and Chief Experience Officer at Laurel Road. Laurel Road provides digital banking solutions tailored specifically for healthcare professionals nationwide. There, she addressed physician pain points, including burnout and limited time. Furthermore, she designed financial solutions that reduced administrative burden for physicians. As a result, she helped healthcare professionals achieve meaningful long-term financial stability.
