Palm has over 20 years of marketing, communications, and brand growth leadership experience. Palm will lead marketing efforts and strategic programs as the company’s new Chief Marketing Officer. Palm joins SWBC after serving Texas Partners Bank for nearly a decade in multiple marketing leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Marketing and Communications Director at the bank. During her tenure, she directed enterprise brand development and improved customer engagement across multiple financial markets. She also optimized marketing channels to improve outreach, strengthen communication strategies, and support consistent brand growth initiatives. These achievements positioned marketing operations to support stronger organizational performance and improved market recognition.

Palm earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Christian University. Before joining Texas Partners Bank, Palm worked at Giles-Parscale, McDonald’s Corporation, and Moroch Advertising. These roles gave her strong corporate, agency, and regional marketing expertise across diverse industries.
