TeamViewer Appoints Peter Ruchatz as Chief Marketing Officer

TeamViewer has officially announced the appointment of Peter Ruchatz as its new Chief Marketing Officer. This major leadership change will become effective in September 2026. Ruchatz is an accomplished B2B software marketing leader with a proven growth track record. Specifically, he delivers excellent results in Enterprise and SMB segments. He will join the Senior Leadership Team to manage the global marketing organization. Therefore, his responsibilities include brand, product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, and pricing.

Ruchatz brings more than two decades of executive experience in international software marketing. He previously worked at major technology companies like Microsoft and Salesforce. Furthermore, he built deep familiarity with IT professionals while serving as CMO of Veeam Software. At Celonis, he worked as SVP Demand Generation to oversee global pipeline programs. He also held leadership roles at Thinkproject and Salesforce. He even spent five years in Redmond as Senior Director for Business Solutions at Microsoft.
