Intuit’s Mailchimp has rolled out “Analytics AI,” a conversational analytics platform capable of providing instant insights into marketing activities. Including campaigns, customers, and revenues. The company has also extended its partnership with Claude, Wix, and WooCommerce for ecommerce integration purposes.
Analytics AI enables marketers to interact with data using natural language. There is no need to set up manual dashboards or use reporting tools anymore. Instead, it provides instant answers regarding changes that occurred, reasons behind such changes, & what the next step is going to be. The system combines campaign performance, audience behavior, and revenue insights into a single conversational experience.
“Ecommerce brands tell us they have too much data but are starving for actionable insights,” said Diana Williams, VP of Product at Intuit Mailchimp. “Analytics AI starts by eliminating the gap between data and decision. Ask a question, get a strategic answer, and act on it instantly. But we’re not stopping there. Analytics AI lays the foundation for a fully agentic experience where Mailchimp plans, builds, and executes campaigns autonomously based on what’s working for your business.”
AI-Powered Marketing Intelligence
Also, Mailchimp has integrated AI technology into its software platform to enable better decisions. The AI-driven analytics platform is a tool that detects trends, creates opportunities, and makes recommendations depending on real-time customer behavior. This feature integrates with other e-commerce systems, such as Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce, and creates insights about the campaigns. Finally, the new technology that Mailchimp has launched is AI Segment Builder, which is currently in beta. Marketers can define their target customers in simple language, and AI will create their segment automatically.
“Mailchimp’s Analytics AI makes it easy to see what’s working by turning our historical data into something we can act on,” said Paulina Petkoski, Founder and Director of Playground Detroit. “Instead of spending over an hour manually processing reports, we can instantly access what we need through an intuitive, interactive search to help us make smarter decisions, refine our strategy, and increase subscriber engagement and ecommerce growth.”
Early users report significant productivity gains. Playground Detroit noted faster decision-making and reduced reporting time. According to Playground Detroit, decision-making and reporting periods became shorter. For her part, the founder, Paulina Petkoski, mentioned that it facilitates enhanced user engagement and ecommerce through real-time insights. Also, Mailchimp has integrated marketing campaign-building tools into ChatGPT and Claude. Marketers can now create, edit, and deploy their campaigns through conversational AI platforms. Integrating with WooCommerce and Wix allows marketers to activate one-click data through site tracking pixels. It makes personalization for the brand automated based on users’ real-time behaviors. In general, Mailchimp is moving towards becoming an AI-powered marketing system.
