Optimizely 1:1 Personalization aims to help brands deliver tailored digital experiences at enterprise scale. Optimizely introduced the new capability through its Optimizely Opal platform.
The company said the platform allows businesses to create personalized microsites for individual buyers. Additionally, AI agents can build, govern, and optimize those experiences automatically.
Optimizely explained that many marketing teams struggle to deliver meaningful personalization across customer journeys. Therefore, the company designed the platform to support more targeted and relevant digital experiences.
“Personalization has meant the same thing at most companies for years: put people in buckets and send them the same experience as everyone else in that bucket,” said Tara Corey, SVP of Marketing at Optimizely. “That’s categorization, not personalization, and it’s a problem whether you’re running ABM for 100 accounts or marketing to millions of consumers. Limitless 1:1 personalization gives teams a practical way to change that, building experiences around the actual priorities, context, and intent of each individual.”
The platform reviews existing brand content before creating personalized pages. Furthermore, it uses CRM history, web research, product data, and audience insights to build tailored experiences.
Platform Features Support AI-Powered Personalization at Scale
Additionally, the platform includes several AI-driven capabilities for enterprise marketers. These features support content management, audience targeting, and campaign optimization across digital channels.
Key capabilities include content health audits, audience intelligence, flexible audience modeling, and scalable ABM microsites. The platform also supports governance controls, CMS publishing, and continuous optimization for updated customer experiences.
Optimizely said the platform supports both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Moreover, the technology can generate account-specific microsites and segment-focused customer pages.
“Everyone can generate content now. The real test is whether what gets published is actually personalized, on-brand, and still relevant when a real buyer lands on it,” said Shafqat Islam, President of Optimizely. “Limitless 1:1 personalization is built for that full lifecycle, the creation, the governance, the ongoing optimization, because without agents, a microsite that isn’t maintained becomes out-of-date pretty quickly.”
The launch also expands Optimizely One by connecting CMS, CMP, ODP, and experimentation workflows into one AI-driven platform.
