The Trade Desk Appoints Ron Lamprecht as Chief Business Development Officer

The Trade Desk has appointed Ron Lamprecht as Chief Business Development Officer & Senior Vice President to strengthen its advertising technology leadership. The company confirmed the move as part of its growth strategy. Lamprecht will lead global partnerships and develop new commercial opportunities. He will report to Chief Operating Officer Vivek Kundra. He will also operate from New York City.

Lamprecht boasts over 25 years of expertise in the areas of technology and media. He has been an excellent performer when it comes to growth through strategic partnerships. In his recent venture, Lamprecht spent seven years at Amazon. In this position, he was the Director of Corporate Business Development.

Ron Lamprecht Brings Extensive Technology and Media Experience

Prior to Amazon, Lamprecht worked at NBCUniversal for 18 years. During this time, he held different leadership positions. Notably, he was the Executive Vice President of Digital Enterprises. Consequently, he has experience not only in the world of media but also in the advertising technology industry. The new position underscores the strategy of The Trade Desk to expand in the future. At the same time, it is important for the company to become stronger in the advertising technology field.
