Kore.ai has appointed Uma Sandilya as Chief Commercial Officer to strengthen its Enterprise AI platform strategy. The move aligns sales, marketing, and strategy under one leader. As a result, the company aims to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic AI solutions.
The company hired the new executive to accelerate customer acquisition and meet the growing demand for scalable artificial intelligence solutions. Companies have also started relying on their CIOs to lead AI-related decision-making. To align its business leadership with this trend, Kore.ai hired Sandilya as Chief Growth Officer in 2025. Since then, he has managed growth in all international markets.
Kore.ai Expands AI Leadership and Strengthens Market Strategy
Sandilya had earlier been associated with C3.ai and McKinsey. He comes with more than 20 years of enterprise AI experience. Kore.ai expects stronger market growth and improved customer outcomes through its unified commercial strategy and enhanced enterprise AI solutions. However, it is not all that. Kore.ai has additionally appointed Rajavardhan Nalluri as Chief Customer Operations Officer. He will be reporting to the CEO directly.
“Enterprise AI is entering its third wave, where governance, observability, and trust define success at scale,” said Raj Koneru, Founder and CEO of Kore.ai. “The next phase of our growth requires a commercial organization built the way we built our platform: one foundation with one accountable owner. Uma has shaped our commercial engine since the day he joined, and he is the right leader to run it end to end.”
Additionally, the firm also grew its demand generation capabilities through CMO Peter Mullen. The company built its go-to-market strategy around integration. In addition to this, it is also in line with the enterprise-level AI platform approach that the firm follows. This year, Kore.ai unveiled the Artemis Edition of its Agent Platform. It emphasizes governance, scalability, and reliability.
“Every enterprise I’ve sat across the table from this year has asked the same question: how do we accelerate time to value from agent deployments? What sets Artemis apart is that it’s built for what comes after the first ten agents – the governance, the observability, the reliability enterprises need to scale,” said Sandilya. “My focus is to bring Artemis to more of the market through a unified growth, sales, and marketing engine, and deliver tangible business outcomes for our customers.”
Kore.ai has also earned industry acclaim. Gartner recognized the company as a Leader in its 2025 and 2026 Magic Quadrant reports, while Forrester recognized the company across multiple categories. Currently, the platform handles more than 11 billion transactions every year.
