Pipedrive has acquired Outfunnel to enhance CRM integration and improve sales and marketing alignment. This move strengthens CRM integration within its platform. It also eliminates the need for external tools. The acquisition addresses a common challenge for growing businesses. Sales and marketing teams often use separate tools and data systems. As a result, teams lack a unified customer view.
Outfunnel addressed this problem for more than 500 organizations. It provided an integration between the customers’ data in Pipedrive and apps such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo. Thus, it became the highest-rated application on the marketplace platform. Now, the company has integrated this CRM functionality within its application. So, users do not have to integrate separately anymore.
“A CRM that doesn’t connect with your marketing tools is only solving half the problem,” said Paulo Cunha, CEO of Pipedrive. “Outfunnel had already solved the hardest part: keeping sales and marketing data synchronized in real time. But it remained a separate app that customers had to discover, set up, and manage. For businesses, every additional tool adds complexity. By bringing Outfunnel directly into Pipedrive, we’re removing that burden and making connected sales and marketing a seamless part of the core experience.”

In addition, the company seeks to offer a seamless experience to small and medium businesses. Incorporating these features, the company will be able to enhance its market position as CRM software. Furthermore, the acquisition brings Andrus Purde back to the company after his previous marketing leadership role. He returns to support the company’s continued growth and product development efforts. He had led marketing during the company’s early growth phase. Outfunnel’s team of four individuals will also join the CRM platform as full-time employees. This will ensure continuity and help with product development. In the meantime, however, Outfunnel will keep running until the transfer period is complete. No interruptions will be experienced by the current users. The company intends to reconstruct its basic functionalities through native integration.
“Exits are a big part of startup life, but it seems mine is through a revolving door,” said Andrus Purde, co-founder of Outfunnel. “As a recovering marketer, I’ve always found disconnected sales and marketing workflows deeply frustrating. Joining forces with Pipedrive gives us the opportunity to help solve that problem at scale”
