Seismic Completes Merger With Highspot to Advance GTM Performance

Seismic

Seismic has successfully merged with Highspot to improve go-to-market performance. The new company uses the name “Seismic” and works for global enterprises. It has 2,500 customers and 3.5 million users. Rob Tarkoff, the CEO of Seismic, will be managing the newly formed company.

It combines AI, managed content, and performance insights. The purpose of the combination is to help companies enhance their revenue execution and customer engagement. The resulting platform will serve various teams including sales, marketing, enablement, and revenue operations.

This merged entity caters to major brands in various industry sectors and worldwide locations. Among its clients are Allianz Trade, Expedia Group, IBM, Invesco, Oracle, and Uber. Other clients using this merged platform are Royal London Asset Management and Thomson Reuters.

“This merger marks a fundamental shift from GTM preparation to GTM performance,” said Rob Tarkoff, Chief Executive Officer, Seismic. “AI is changing how work gets done across sales, marketing, enablement, revenue operations, and customer-facing teams. But AI without trusted content and context doesn’t automatically mean better results. Organizations need a robust platform that turns intelligence into winning action to progress opportunities, close deals, and strengthen customer relationships. That’s what we deliver as one company.”

Seismic Expands AI and Revenue Execution Capabilities

According to Seismic, customers expect AI to do more to drive revenue growth. However, companies also want assurance that AI technologies handle their customer information safely. For this reason, Seismic intends to integrate AI, data, and managed content into revenue workflows. In addition, Seismic processes 550 million buyer-seller engagements annually, and 33 million revenue events annually in customer and seller engagements.

With the completion of the merger, both of the company’s customers will continue to receive investments in the platform. Seismic plans to spend more than $100 million each year on research and development. There are more than 700 people in the product, engineering, data science, and AI groups who do this. They operate out of San Diego, Seattle, Boston, Vancouver, Toronto, London, and Hyderabad.

Tarkoff added, “Our vision is to help GTM teams execute with confidence in the moments that matter so they, and their companies, outperform. I’m excited to work alongside our employees and customers to build what comes next.”

Seismic will showcase its first roadmap after merging at Seismic Shift 2026. The event is scheduled for October 12-15 in Carlsbad, California. The roadmap will highlight the next steps in the development of the company’s products.
