LT.agency Expands Multi-Location Ad Campaigns Without Adding Staff, Cuts Refresh Time by 98% with Fluency

LT.agency

Advertising automation is helping LT.agency expand multi-location campaigns without increasing its headcount. The agency reported major efficiency gains after one year with Fluency. Since July 2025, LT.agency has used Fluency’s Agentic Advertising Operating System. The platform supports search, social, and programmatic advertising operations.

LT.agency therefore improved the local ad refresh speed by 98%. It also increased the number of clients without increasing staff levels. At the same time, it continued with its localized campaign approach for both retail and homebuilder clients.

As per Fluency’s 2026 Agency AdOps Benchmark Report, 94% of advertising professionals find it difficult to scale operations. Historically, agencies have coped with growing demands by increasing their workforce.

“With Fluency, I can promise clients speed, accuracy, and transparency. Before, I had to sacrifice something,” said Jess Petersen, VP of Digital Media at LT.agency. “Once you build a system that works, you can replicate that excellence across any industry. That’s what Fluency does, turning a month of manual labor into an engine that delivers our best work for every client.”

Nevertheless, this may result in execution delays and increased staffing costs. It may also cause burnout as well as other operational issues. Prior to the implementation of Fluency, LT.agency was able to spend an entire 40-hour week refreshing its local ads. This entailed image and link changes on numerous campaigns.

Automation Helps LT.agency Improve Campaign Efficiency

Thus, it was difficult for the agency to add major clients since this entailed recruiting more employees to ensure that the deadlines were met. Fluency now performs many of the recurring processes involved in advertising for LT.agency. These recurring processes include setting up campaigns, launching campaigns, pacing campaigns, monitoring accounts, and reporting.

“If you are running an organization that you want to scale, you have to think differently about the way you deploy your processes and your tech stack,” said Chase Lane, CEO of LT.agency. “We can now serve more clients at a higher scale, while slowing the rate at which we need to hire and deliver the same or higher quality of work along the way. That is a win, and I can confidently say Fluency has made LT a stronger agency.”

The determinist agents on the platform perform the activities that were done manually before. Further, through Fluency Blueprints, LT.agency can capture its marketing strategies. This results in consumers receiving relevant advertising information. It is also easier for LT.agency to run its campaigns in different locations efficiently.

The agency has been able to divert saved time to strategic client services as well. This has increased the capacity of their teams to focus on search optimization and other growth efforts. Moreover, the agency has been able to reduce redundancies and mistakes that come from them.

“LT.agency’s story is a prime example of what happens when an agency pairs its own expertise with the infrastructure to execute it at scale,” said Heather Chevalley, VP of Growth at Fluency. “The agencies getting the most out of agentic advertising are the ones using the time it frees up to invest in their people and their clients.”

LT.agency has added three new employees within one quarter. Not a single member of the agency’s digital media team has departed since the adoption of Fluency. The operational benefits have also driven results in campaigns as well. One multi-location customer has reported a 456% growth in form submissions year-over-year.

The same client had a 71% improvement in Cost Per Lead. Also, the Cost Per Click improved by 14%. In the future, LT.agency intends to implement more automated campaign management for other retail and homebuilder clients. It will also make use of other Fluency capabilities that will be introduced.
