Archive has closed a strategic funding round to expand its AI-Native Creator Marketing platform. The company supports brands and AI companies managing creator campaigns at scale.
The Anti Fund, which was founded by Jake & Logan Paul along with Geoffrey Woo, Florida Funders led this fundraising round. The other investors included Battery Ventures, Stripe, Tiger Global, Lux Capital, and Human Capital. Moreover, over 50 founders and executives from the technology and consumer industries also invested.
“We hear it from every founder we back: growing is harder than building,” said Jake Paul, Co-founder of Anti Fund. “The fastest-growing AI companies in our portfolio have made creators their number one channel, and Archive is the machine behind it. This is exactly the kind of company we started Anti Fund to bet on.”
Advertorials have emerged as one of the largest sources of growth for current brands. Creator advertising is currently a $37 billion business channel in the U.S. In addition, the industry grows at about four times the rate of the overall media industry. Social videos have become more popular channels of entertainment. For AI companies, creators are great sources of product demos and consumer education. This has resulted in many rapidly growing AI companies focusing on creator marketing to acquire customers. Anti Fund has made investments in some top AI companies like OpenAI and Cognition.
Archive Expands AI-Powered Creator Marketing Capabilities
Moreover, two of the biggest AI labs are now utilizing Archive to conduct marketing campaigns for creators. Archive is a platform that integrates both social listening and campaign management into one. Its technology assists in determining the trends in the content posted by brands and competitors on social media.
“At Ketone-IQ, the brand I co-founded and Paul helped scale past a $40 million revenue run rate, creator marketing was one of our biggest growth drivers and the most painful thing we ran. We were reviewing thousands of videos by hand, chasing content that expired in 24 hours, and still missing half of it,” said Geoffrey Woo, Co-founder of Archive. “The results were amazing, but the manual work behind them was brutal. So, we built the tool we wished we had.”
The platform further allows creator program support from discovery through execution of the campaigns. The brands are able to discover the creators and make use of the successful posts by turning them into advertisement posts. However, Archive has utilized AI technology to analyze the short-form videos posted on social media platforms.
There are more than 1,000 brands using Archive, among which L’Oréal, DoorDash, and Pinterest are included. Most recently, Archive has closed two seven-figure enterprise deals with consumer brands worldwide. As per Paul Benigeri, co-founder and CEO at Archive, AI-Native Creator Marketing is here to disrupt advertising.
“Every brand will eventually run thousands of creator relationships the way they run paid media today. We think creator marketing becomes the next great advertising platform, and AI companies are already leaning on it as their top growth channel,” said Paul Benigeri, Co-founder and CEO of Archive. “Word of mouth becomes something you can operate at scale. We are seeing it happen in real time, and there is a lot more coming.”
