Moore and RMI Direct Marketing have announced a strategic alliance focused on List Management Services. Under the agreement, RMI recommends that clients transition their services to AudienceFirst Media.
AudienceFirst Media operates as a division of SimioCloud, a Moore company. The companies clarified that the agreement does not represent an acquisition.
As part of the agreement, RMI closed out its operations on September 1. Client notification started the week prior. At the same time, the two companies developed a system for a smooth transition.
“For more than 40 years, RMI has been focused on helping our clients succeed, and that commitment was at the center of our decision about the future,” said Rich Leary, president of RMI Direct Marketing. “We selected Moore and AudienceFirst Media because of the strong alignment between our companies and their deep expertise in list management, brokerage and data-driven audience strategies. AudienceFirst Media understands this business and our clients’ needs, and I am confident they are the right team to carry this important work forward.”
AudienceFirst Media Strengthens Data-Driven Services
The AudienceFirst Media offers data solutions and audience integration strategies to a number of industries. Some of its clients include non-profit organizations, publishing houses, catalogs, and retail companies. This company is able to help organizations find their audiences as well as enhance their marketing results. In addition, the team at AudienceFirst Media is able to help their clients generate more value from their data resources.
“RMI has built strong client relationships and an impressive business over decades, and we are honored that they selected Moore and AudienceFirst Media as the right partner for their clients,” said Gretchen Littlefield, CEO of Moore. “AudienceFirst Media brings the experience, data expertise and strategic capabilities to provide continuity for RMI clients without a break in service. The partnership thus establishes a clear way forward for the continuation of List Management Services by RMI clients.
