Patricia Rollins of Thryv has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, strengthening the company’s leadership during a key growth period. This comes in support of Thryv’s aim to broaden its growth platform that utilizes artificial intelligence.
In this role, Rollins will lead the global marketing function for Thryv. Rollins will lead strategies covering creative direction, demand generation, customer acquisition, and Go-to-Market initiatives for Thryv’s growth. Rollins will also help with the expansion of Thryv Growth Platform™ services.
This is happening at a time when many business owners explore AI marketing solutions to improve efficiency and accelerate growth. This means that Thryv should ensure that its product becomes a useful tool for them.
“Patricia’s promotion reflects her dynamic leadership and ability to bring new technologies to market,” said Grant Freeman, president of Thryv. “As business owners look to AI tools to compete and win, her expertise will help us accelerate customer buy-in of our Growth Platform by the service businesses it was designed for.”
Rollins Brings Marketing and Technology Expertise
Rollins has plenty of experience with marketing, technology, and growth strategy. Her career path has revolved around providing entrepreneurs with technological and marketing resources that help grow their businesses.
Since coming on board with Thryv, she has been an instrumental part in raising awareness about Thryv’s AI solutions for growth. In addition to that, she brings creativity and data analysis together in her background.
Rollins said helping small businesses succeed is a full-circle moment. “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy at large and the communities we live in. But the average lifespan of a U.S. small business is about five to six years. Thryv is looking to change that with AI tools that make it easier for business owners who spend far more time out in the field with customers than they do running their marketing.”
Before Thryv, Patricia Rollins was responsible for global performance marketing initiatives at the time of IBM Watson’s debut. She also headed digital marketing campaigns and events at Oracle CX Cloud.
Moreover, Rollins has facilitated the adoption of innovative technology at SmartSheet, Typeform, and Wellsaid. Wellsaid is an AI text-to-speech company. Rollins is well-versed in working with innovative software and AI technology in competitive environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pace University and a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Iona University.
