Canva Strengthens Its Productivity Push With 100+ Visual Suite Upgrades

Canva

Canva is strengthening its Canva Visual Suite with more than 100 upgrades across its productivity tools. The platform continues expanding its role in the global workplace productivity market.

More than 100 million people now use Canva Presentations each month. Meanwhile, Canva Docs adoption has more than tripled during the past three years.

These releases represent Canva’s 100th Visual Suite update since the beginning of 2026. Canva is rolling out an update almost every other day. The updates cover Docs, Presentations, Sheets, Whiteboards, and Video. In total, they address over 55,000 requests from the platform community.

“When we launched the Visual Suite, we were planting the seeds for a very different way of working, and a few years later those seeds have grown into a mighty forest. We’re incredibly proud to see Canva becoming one of the most widely used productivity suites in the world, as people bring more of their everyday work into Canva. Today marks our 100th new feature launch this year alone, a pace of nearly one Visual Suite upgrade every other day. As we often say, we still feel like we’re only 1% of the way there, and we’re just getting started.” Cameron Adams, Canva Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer

Canva Visual Suite Adds New Productivity Features

Currently, Canva users create over one billion designs monthly, including nearly 1,000 documents, 3,000 presentations, and 5,000 social media posts every minute. These improvements will further enhance every element of Canva’s Visual Suite. As a result, teams can manage all projects without switching between different applications.

The document tool now offers improved layouts, full-page designs, automatic page breaks, and advanced formatting tools to enhance document appearance. In the spreadsheet tool, new AI features analyze data and create charts and tables. The improved filtering tools make project management easier.

“Canva has become the globally distributed source of truth for our self-serve design system. By meeting users where they already work, we’ve empowered hundreds of marketers to create everything from ePublications and social ads to event promotions. Our small design team can now focus on building and evolving the system, not designing every pixel. Canva is foundational to how we scale design across DocuSign worldwide.” Corey Pomkoski, Senior Director, Brand & Creative Operations at DocuSign

The whiteboard interface now offers easier navigation and better collaboration functionalities. The team will be able to track collaborators, get instant responses, and transform ideas into presentations or documents. Presentation tools have been added by Canva Presentations. They include timers, one-click to present, and auto-generated presenter notes.

Also, the website builder now offers advanced navigation, SEO tools, domain management, and expanded buttons. Users publish nearly one million websites monthly. With these advancements, the Visual Suite continues to position itself as an all-inclusive platform for modern-day work and collaboration.
