Stensul Moves Enterprise Marketing Toward AI-Run Campaigns

AI marketing

Stensul is advancing enterprise marketing with new capabilities for AI-driven campaign production and governance. The AI governance platform for enterprise email marketing announced the features in its September release.

The upgrade is in support of the new campaign operation model that works best for big companies. In this model, AI takes care of the production activities in the governance structure of Stensul. Humans, on the other hand, take care of strategy, exceptions, and approvals.

The release allows expanding the capabilities of MCP for governing AI solutions and agents in real time. Also, Release enables companies to transform existing Figma designs into Stensul modules. Moreover, QA automation is extended to help teams detect problems in their campaigns.

“With Stensul, our AI can now handle images, links, and copy for our pre-templated emails,” said Justin Price, Multichannel Marketing Leader at the Milwaukee Bucks, an early user of the new release. “Completing these requests more efficiently via MCP allows our team to invest even more time in multichannel creative campaigns.”

The new MCP capabilities allow AI agents to manage more campaign tasks. Agents can begin with a Workfront brief and select an approved Stensul template. They can also add approved images and generate the required alt text.

AI Agents Expand Campaign Production Capabilities

Additionally, agents can use tracking parameters and create content for preset audience groups. They can now preview the email once they finish working on it before making it active. The update further enhances Stensul’s Figma integration for enterprise marketing teams. Designers with authorization can create new modules and publish them straight to the Stensul library.

The marketer or the AI agent can reuse these modules in the development of campaigns. Approved elements can be updated based on the governance and access policies. As such, the design will become a reusable campaign asset.

“Our customers are moving toward a new campaign operating model, where AI agents handle production at scale, and people focus on strategy, judgment, and exceptions,” said Manlio Carrelli, CEO of Stensul. “Stensul provides the governance layer that enables this shift across the tools enterprises already use so campaign volume and personalization can grow without production effort growing alongside them.”

Moreover, the upgrade allows for QA automation in campaign production as well. QA administrators can set the required checks, and the system can identify errors such as missing subject lines and orphan placeholder text. Thus, marketers will save time on builds and reviews.

In summary, the new possibilities link together briefs, artificial intelligence, designs, campaign creators, and reviews. The marketing operations team sets up the approved requirements and starting points only once. After that, marketers, designers, and artificial intelligence can make their campaigns according to the established limits.
