AEVEX has announced a multi-year marketing partnership with the Washington Commanders.
The defense technology company will become a Proud Partner starting with the 2026 NFL season. The partnership will strengthen AEVEX’s presence across the National Capital Region. It will also create new opportunities to connect with fans, customers, employees, and defense professionals.
AEVEX offers Autonomous Unmanned Systems, Mission Software powered by AI, and Mission Support and Intelligence capabilities. Under the deal, AEVEX will ensure its visibility during the Commanders’ home games. AEVEX will also partner with the team on its Starting Offensive Lineup function.
“Washington, D.C., is at the center of the national security community, and the Commanders are one of the most visible and recognizable institutions in the region,” said Murali Krishnan, Chief Growth Officer of AEVEX. “This partnership gives AEVEX a powerful platform to build deeper connections across the community while supporting an organization that shares our commitment to teamwork and service. We’re proud to join the Commanders and excited about what we can build together.”
AEVEX Expands Military and Community Engagement
This partnership will go well beyond the typical days of NFL games. The AEVEX company will take part in military appreciation events of the Washington Commanders throughout the year. Such events will help to honor and support American military personnel. At the time of the Salute to Service game, AEVEX will give out tickets to military personnel. AEVEX will receive special integration for a Commanders game held during the Association of the United States Army Annual Meeting & Exposition.
“We’re excited to welcome AEVEX as a Proud Partner of the Washington Commanders,” said Jim Rushton, Chief Partnerships Officer of the Washington Commanders. “AEVEX operates at the intersection of innovation and service, and we look forward to working together to create meaningful experiences for our fans and the broader military community throughout the season.”
The collaboration will help in making sure that the organization is investing in the region where it has most of its clients, as well as its partners in the industry. This region plays an important role in providing defense and national security services. Therefore, through the collaboration, AEVEX will be able to establish itself in the region.
“AEVEX is growing, and with that growth comes an opportunity to introduce our company to a much broader audience,” Krishnan added. “The Commanders give us a platform to tell the AEVEX story: who we are, what we stand for, and, most importantly, the people and mission behind delivering capabilities for those that need it most.”
