Lokalise Launches Vantage, a Next Generation, No-Code Workspace for Localizing Marketing and Long-Form Content

Lokalise

Lokalise has introduced Lokalise Vantage, a no-code workspace for marketing and long-form content localization. The company will make Vantage available to customers at the end of September 2026. The new workspace supports campaigns, websites, creative assets, legal content, and support materials. It also targets marketing, legal, and support teams that need simpler localization workflows.

Lokalise has concentrated on software and design localization since 2017. CTOs and CPOs utilize its platform for large-scale localization. In addition, the company has broadened its scope to cover marketing and content localization. The platforms that the platform integrates include Contentful, Webflow, and Braze.

Using Vantage, Lokalise is able to provide localization services for long texts. Marketers get access to localized marketing and commercial texts within hours. At the same time, localization managers set quality standards, monitor governance, and track business results across launches, regions, & localization projects.

“Companies used to choose between speed, cost, and quality, so most settled for good enough in a few markets,” said Sophie Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer. “AI removed that trade-off. What customers want now is content that resonates in every market, automation that fits how they work, and governance that scales. That is what we deliver.”

Vantage Simplifies Localization for Marketing Teams

Vantage provides non-technical users with an easy workspace for localization requests. Projects can be managed through the self-service portal without much training. The system also offers advanced parsing and segmentation for entire documents. Language intelligence helps in rating the translations and in identifying any human translation needed.

The reviewers are able to view the rendered pages using previews in context. This way, issues with layout can be identified even before the content goes to publication. In Vantage, shared translation memories, glossaries, and analytics are used in Lokalise. In this way, marketing and engineering teams can use the same translations.

“Customers want one platform for all localization, with the governance to match,” said Sahil Gambhir, Chief Product Officer. “They also need the user experience to fit how each team works: a workspace for marketing, a different one for software, or the REST API and MCP for anyone building on top. We give them that choice.”

Furthermore, the permission levels, quality criteria, budget, process flows, and audit trails can be configured by the managers. It will encompass all localization requirements. Native integration supports Contentful, Webflow, Braze, Strapi, Google Docs, and SendGrid. The format support includes DOCX, PPTX, HTML, Markdown, IDML, and XLSX.

This concept is referred to as Language Market Fit in Lokalise. This strategy is concerned with making content appear as if it was made for the market. This is due to the fact that according to the company, context, glossaries, brand voices and market knowledge make this possible. In addition, human judgment can still be utilized in the riskiest cases. Lokalise clients have reported rapid market launches and more than 92 percent acceptance of linguist experts.
