Integrate MCP brings governed marketing data directly into the AI workflows that B2B marketing teams already use.
Integrate, a universal lead management and data governance platform, announced the launch of Integrate MCP. This new connection makes the Integrate platform compatible with AI tools utilizing the Model Context Protocol. MCP is an open protocol for connecting AI tools with business applications.
Therefore, marketers can pose business questions to the governed Integrate data using natural language and get responses. The integration enables the user to take actions based on those responses according to their existing access and approval levels. MCP integration is possible in most of the AI software supporting MCP integration.
Meanwhile, the technology supports Integrate’s broader headless Integrate initiative. That initiative aims to make the platform accessible beyond its traditional user interface.
B2B teams often know what information they need, but finding it can take time. Users may need to locate dashboards, create reports, remember filters, and return to the platform. Integrate MCP removes many of those steps. Instead, users can ask questions in business language and receive answers based on their governed data.
“Where work gets done is going through the biggest shift since the web browser,” said Mehul Nagrani, CEO of Integrate. “Marketers don’t have a data problem, they have a distance problem. The answer is already in the platform, but getting to it means finding the right report, building the right filter, then logging back in to act on it. We didn’t want to add one more AI chatbot to the pile, with its own token tollgate. Your team already has one. Integrate MCP connects it to governed data, with the same permissions they have today.”
Integrate MCP Enables Governed Data Access and AI-Driven Actions
The users may also be able to gain access to the respective platform section whenever necessary. Instead of building a separate AI assistant, the company has decided to link its existing AI systems with its platform directly. The company is offering its marketing team, sales team, and operations team a seamless access point to its governed data.
Through Integrate MCP, one is able to look at Lead Governance, Delivery, Spend, Pipeline, and Channel Performance. They can also track the ABM Funnel and discover gaps among buying groups and personas. In addition, one is able to see MQL and SQL Conversion through Partners, Channels, Quarters, and Contract Lists.
Data contained within the reports can either be queried directly by the users or the saved reports can be opened for downloading. Actions in AI conversations are also supported by the platform, starting with source management. This is where marketers can request the assistant to find sources and make changes to specific data. These changes will be previewed by the assistant before any saving occurs.
Integrate MCP uses the same permissions as Integrate. Every request is made using the existing Integrate account for the signed-in user. For this reason, the assistant has access to information accessible to the user.
The financial and personal information will be safeguarded through the access control already available. Financial information, spending, savings, and conversions need the right financial access. Additionally, users who do not have PII access cannot see contact-level personal information. Each request is specific to the named account unless otherwise requested by the user.
Administrators have the ability to completely block MCP access whenever necessary. Administrators also have the ability to allow read access without any write permissions for the users. Integrate mentioned that this methodology would work in the future when AI applications are able to access the governed data safely. This company also hopes to guide their clients through the decision-making process.
