Validity Engage Brings Email Intelligence to Existing Marketing Tools with MCP Connector

Validity Engage

Validity has expanded Validity Engage email intelligence capabilities with a new Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. The update connects Engage insights with AI tools marketers already use. It also introduces enhanced pre-send checks and market intelligence features. These capabilities run on the Validity Intelligence Network.

This new connection provides enterprise marketers with access to monitor and market data via natural-language queries. For example, marketers are able to find campaigns that could land in spam folders. They are also able to report on the performance of their emails. Marketers can also benchmark their campaigns against competitive data.

Matt Gore, CTO of Validity, highlighted the challenges marketers face when working across disconnected systems.

“Enterprise marketers are already sitting on the data they need. It’s just trapped across too many tools to allow them to act on it quickly,” said Matt Gore, CTO of Validity. “By bringing Engage to connect with AI tools marketers are already using, program, market and competitive intelligence come together. A marketer can ask one question and get an answer that used to take an analyst days to compile.”

New Features Improve Email Quality and Competitive Insights

Beyond the MCP connector, Validity has expanded Engage with two additional capabilities.

Pre-send intelligence: Engage performs analysis on emails prior to sending and uses AI for any potential issues. These analyses include checking whether there are broken designs, missing images, and truncated buttons. Moreover, accessibility, spelling, link analysis, and brand consistency are checked.

Market and competitive intelligence: Engage provides visibility into emerging email marketing trends and competitor activity. Automatically refreshed, redacted dashboards help marketers understand what other brands are sending.

Disconnected technology has been a barrier to translating marketing data into action in many enterprise teams. However, the increased usage of artificial intelligence is resulting in an increased need for intelligent connected systems. In a study conducted by Validity, it was revealed that two-thirds of organizations have increased marketing decisions made by autonomous AI agents.

As a way of solving such problems, Engage brings together live intelligence and data from other connected platforms, such as email service providers (ESPs) and customer relationship management (CRM). This allows marketers to check out their campaigns’ effectiveness and pinpoint possible problems.

Enhancements to the functionality will also improve visibility through the email marketing process. Issues may be discovered prior to delivery, and more insight into competitor behavior will be gained. Validity has released the new capabilities of MCP Connector, Pre-Send Intelligence, and Market and Competitive Intelligence to engage users.
