Omnichat Secures US$10M Series A Led by Openspace Capital to Expand AI Agent Platform and Accelerate Global Growth

Omnichat has raised US$10 million in Series A funding to expand its Omnichat AI Agent Platform and accelerate global growth. Openspace Capital led the funding round, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures.

The AI native marketing and CX platform will invest the funds in R&D. In addition to this, Omnichat will also be working on improving the Omni AI Agents and expanding into foreign countries.

Omnichat Expands Its AI Agent Capabilities

Launched in 2026, Omni AI Agents help marketing, sales, and service teams manage essential tasks through customer conversations. The platform includes four solutions designed to automate business operations.

While the AI Marketing Agent formulates customer groups and develops entire messaging campaigns with one prompt, the AI Sales Agent suggests products and assists customers in making their purchases through conversations.

AI Customer Service Agent works tirelessly in attending to customer queries throughout the day. Furthermore, OmniClaw records customer behavior, conversation trends, and revenue attribution by stores in real time.

Adoption has grown quickly since the launch. Around 300 brands adopted OmniClaw within two months of its June launch. Over the same period, the number of brands using the Marketing Agent tripled.

Connecting Customer Conversations With Revenue

Unlike shared-inbox tools that simply consolidate messages, Omnichat connects marketing, sales, and customer service through a unified customer profile. Moreover, its platform attributes revenue to customer conversations, including purchases completed in physical stores.

AI bots function on WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and TikTok. Such integration is helpful for businesses that have to handle customers through various messaging platforms.

Omnichat has served over 5,000 enterprises and is responsible for creating more than $100 million in revenue. Some of its clients include Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L’OCCITANE, VF Corporation, SMCP, and Mead Johnson. Omnichat seeks to leverage its existing success through agentic AI. This means that organizations can create revenue without adding staff in the same ratio.

Funding Supports Global Expansion

“This Series A marks an important step as we transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce,” said Alan Chan, Founder and CEO of Omnichat. “Traditional customer messaging tools still need heavy human intervention to drive sales. With our Omni AI Agent platform, enterprises can deploy agents that sell, market, and support customers around the clock. Partnering with Openspace Capital, Darwin Ventures, and Acorn Pacific Ventures gives us the support to scale this approach across APAC and globally.”

Through the new funding, Omnichat plans to advance AI-driven commerce and expand its presence across Asia-Pacific and other global markets.
