ZoomInfo has expanded the reach of GTM.AI by introducing a native integration with Amazon Quick Suite, AWS’s agentic AI workspace. The new integration allows go-to-market teams to access ZoomInfo data and skills directly within Quick across web, desktop, and mobile environments. Through GTM.AI, users can perform searches in natural language and work with verified intelligence from more than 100 million companies and 500 million contacts. In addition, teams can leverage billions of buying signals without switching between multiple platforms.
ZoomInfo built the integration on its headless GTM context layer, GTM.AI, which exposes verified data and agentic orchestration through APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The company connects to Amazon Quick Suite through a custom MCP server. As a result, sales representatives, account executives, RevOps leaders, and marketers can complete tasks from a single workspace. Instead of moving between several applications, users can request information directly inside Quick.
According to ZoomInfo, many AI tools provide access to data. However, fewer platforms offer verified context supported by continuously refreshed records. Consequently, Amazon Quick Suite combines workflow automation with trusted business intelligence. During a launch demonstration, a user asked Quick to create a list of 50 marketing leaders in Los Angeles. The request included buying signals and contact details. Quick routed the task through ZoomInfo’s MCP server and returned a downloadable list within the workspace. Users can also activate native ZoomInfo skills, including Account Research, Buying Committee, Meeting Prep, Recommended Contacts, TAM Sizer, Tech Stack Snapshot, and Competitor Analysis.
One GTM Context Layer Across Platforms
Furthermore, GTM.AI already powers integrations with Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Gong, LeanData, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace. The platform also maintains governance controls across every integration.Accessibility continues to align with customer permissions with respect to compliance standards such as ISO 27701, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and TRUSTe GDPR. According to ZoomInfo, for agentic go-to-market execution to be successful, data accuracy is key. The company has positioned GTM.AI as an offering that helps mitigate the risks associated with inaccurate and outdated contact information.
