The Arena Group has launched a dedicated advertising marketplace via Index Exchange’s Index Marketplaces platform, offering advertisers access to premium, brand-safe advertising inventory. The move marks one of the first publisher-led ad marketplaces powered by a major independent supply-side platform.

With this new arrangement, brands and agencies gain entry to The Arena Group’s portfolio of influential lifestyle and finance titles – including Parade, Men’s Journal, and TheStreet. Through a unified marketplace, they can tap into premium placements in trusted, context-rich environments across display, video, mobile app, and streaming TV formats.

According to The Arena Group, the new marketplace removes standard spend minimums and allows advertisers to control segmentation, creative formats, and deal IDs directly. It also offers clear performance reports and improves campaign efficiency without any extra platform fees.

Delivering transparency and control in the modern ad ecosystem

As digital media grows increasingly complex, advertisers are demanding more transparency and brand-safe placements. Index Exchange’s Senior Director of Marketplaces noted that the partnership delivers “scale and precision in brand-safe environments” through trusted publisher contexts.

The Arena Group says its audience of over 100 million monthly users and deep data insights now align with Index Exchange’s network of more than 3,000 media owners. This combination enables marketers to reach highly engaged audiences while retaining full control over targeting and creative.

In short, this launch signals a shift toward publisher-driven ad marketplaces where brands gain direct access to high-quality, brand-safe inventory – evolving how digital advertising operates in today’s landscape.
