Enhancing Conversational Commerce with Loomi Connect
Nearly half of shoppers surveyed by Bloomreach use ChatGPT for purchases each week. And 41% of respondents would opt for ChatGPT over the classic e-commerce website if they had to choose. The Loomi Connect is also released, enabling brands to connect ChatGPT apps with the product discovery server of Bloomreach.
