Constant Contact Teams: A Central Hub for Multi-Location and Multi-Team Marketing

Constant Contact Teams

Constant Contact has introduced Constant Contact Teams, a new tool for multi-location marketing management. The platform helps organizations manage campaigns across locations, departments, and teams.

Teams from Constant Contact, a marketing solution designed for small business organizations, is used as a command center. It helps get visibility throughout the network via reports, dashboards, and artificial intelligence-driven insights.

Organizations that conduct marketing activities in different locations often have problems related to the fragmented nature of the system. While local teams require some degree of flexibility, leaders need uniform control over their activities. Nevertheless, Teams helps to overcome this problem by providing one central location for all these purposes.

Centralized Control and AI-Powered Insights

The platform also provides brand controls, approval workflows, and locked templates. These features allow local teams to work independently within approved guidelines. Meanwhile, AI-powered intelligence helps leaders identify trends and address issues across the organization. The system also highlights areas that may require attention.

Teams consist of various functionalities that are specifically aimed at marketing efforts involving multiple teams. The actionable dashboard allows users to view the performance of an organization from one place. The separate workspace is used to perform daily marketing activities of each team in each location.

Roll-up reporting combines campaign and contact performance across accounts. Leaders can also open individual workspaces for detailed information and return to the main view quickly.

Performance Leaderboard enables comparison between workspaces side by side. This interface allows leaders to understand good performance and areas that may require more attention. Moreover, AI Insights are displayed at the top of the central hub. This feature shows the health trends, pending approvals, and performance suggestions for different workspaces.

“A franchise owner or a nonprofit director with several locations has one brand and one mission to look after, and they shouldn’t have to hunt through sub-accounts to find out what needs their attention,” said Frank J. Vella, CEO of Constant Contact. “They should be able to see the whole organization in one place and act on it. Our multi-location customers asked us to make this simple; that’s the job Teams does for them.”

The platform has also received feedback from users managing multiple accounts.

“Before, I was going account by account to see what was performing and what wasn’t,” said Christina Reynolds, Marketing Manager, Lift-All®. “Now the workspace lets me do that much more easily I used to block off half a day just for reporting, and now it takes me less than an hour.”

Constant Contact Teams targets small and mid-sized organizations seeking greater marketing consistency. It also supports organizations that need visibility and control across multiple locations.

Franchises, associations, nonprofits, and educational institutions can use the platform to scale marketing operations. At the same time, local teams can maintain ownership of their marketing activities.
