Creatify Labs Introduces Boreal-H3, a MiniMax H3 Model Built for Advertising

Boreal-H3

Creatify Labs has launched Boreal-H3, an AI video model designed specifically for advertising. The company developed Boreal-H3 by post-training MiniMax H3 with MiniMax.

The model is based on the important aspects of video advertisements. Product reliability, creator effectiveness, and brief execution accuracy are some of them. According to Creatify Labs, Boreal-H3 received an index of 133.3 according to their Ads Quality Index. MiniMax H3 got a baseline of 100.

The firm also quoted the cost of Boreal-H3 as $0.04 per second in 768p. This makes it twelve times more affordable than Seedance 2.5. The Ads Quality Index assesses how well the model produces advertisements that can be used. There are three criteria that must be met.

It has to get a minimum of 6/10 marks for prompt following, consistency of reference, and realism in visuals. The Boreal-H3 frontier video model achieved the highest marks amongst all the tested video models. The Omni 1.1 Flash achieved 122.2 marks, and the Seedance 2.5 achieved 118.1 marks.

Boreal-H3 Improves Video Quality and Creative Control

Boreal-H3 also delivered stronger reference fidelity at a 7 out of 10 threshold. It achieved an 85.3% score, compared with 82.4% for MiniMax H3. Meanwhile, Wan 3.0 Prime reached 79.4%, while Seedance 2.5 scored 71.9%. Omni 1.1 Flash recorded 70.6%.

The automatic judges of Creatify Labs were verified by human preferences. In the human studies of Creatify Labs, the outputs were made random and anonymous. Boreal-H3 enhanced consistency of subjects from 83.3% to 94.4% compared to MiniMax H3. This will assist in maintaining the identity of products and creators in a video.

On difficult production briefs, completion percentage rose from 27.8% to 50.0%. Defects per clip also decreased from 1.11 to 0.33. This indicates a 70% decrease in defects per clip. Additionally, Boreal-H3 complies with user-generated content (UGC) advertising needs. It is able to process complex dialogues and multi-avatar interactions.

The model will also focus on natural speech, good pacing, and natural product usage. It offers keyframe and multi-reference controls for better creative control. The multi-reference control can work with 9 images, 3 videos, and 3 audio files. There is an option for text-to-video generation as well. The model can take camera commands and scene transitions naturally.

Boreal-H3 creates videos at 1.1 seconds per second at 768p resolution. Hence, a 10-second video will take 11 seconds to create. It will cost $0.40 to create the video. Seedance 2.5 takes 46.5 seconds for every second in the video and costs around $0.47 per second.

This means that Boreal-H3 is approximately 42 times faster and 12 times cheaper. According to Creatify Labs, its closed-loop evaluation checks brief execution, product integrity, creator identity, realism, and motion after training. It is important to note that the evaluations check the quality of the advertisement prior to its launch. Yet, actual testing needs to be done in order to know which advertisements convert.
