CreatorIQ has introduced Creator Marketing AI through Q, a new enterprise agentic system designed to simplify creator marketing workflows. The company announced the launch at CreatorIQ Connect, its annual industry event. Q helps marketers discover creators, build lists, recruit talent, and configure campaigns. Moreover, it keeps every action within organizational permissions, market requirements, and approval limits.
The company also introduced MeasureIQ, its business intelligence tool, and improved SafeIQ. The two services leverage Applied Creator Intelligence, which is a new AI insights layer incorporating creator data, measurement, and brand suitability information.
“Enterprises don’t need more AI. They need AI they can trust with their budgets and their brands,” said Chris Harrington, CEO of CreatorIQ. “Q is trained on a decade of creator data and 280M daily social posts, inside the boundaries each brand sets, so teams move faster while the people and creativity at the center of creator marketing stay in charge.”
He explained that Q draws on a decade of creator data and 280 million daily social posts. Consequently, marketers can accelerate workflows while maintaining control over budgets, brands, and creative decisions.
Q Brings Governed AI to Creator Marketing
Q is built on the Creator Graph® database system of CreatorIQ. This database system utilizes enterprise creator, content, and performance data for marketing decisions. Moreover, Q is subject to organizational permissions and approvals as well. The MCP compatibility feature links Q with the existing enterprise agents and tools.
“For an agent to earn a place in an enterprise workflow, it has to be built on real data, act within clearly defined boundaries, and stay accountable for every decision it makes,” said Senthil Kumaran, CTO of CreatorIQ. “Control builds confidence, and confidence builds trust. As brands watch an agent get things right inside the guardrails they’ve set, they can extend more autonomy over time, but the control always sits with them, not the system.”
He added that organizations can gradually grant agents more autonomy while retaining control.
MeasureIQ Improves Creator Performance Analysis
The MeasureIQ platform allows marketers to assess the performance of creators through the metrics and terminology that they want. In addition, the analytics agent on MeasureIQ translates natural language queries into answers in seconds. Additionally, teams have the option to review performance through more than 37 analytical views and 32 key performance indicators (KPIs).
SafeIQ Strengthens Brand Suitability Checks
SafeIQ cuts down on manual video reviews from 40 minutes to about one minute. New web monitoring also looks for creator mentions outside their videos. Heatmapping can locate risk concentrations per category and level of risk. In the last year, SafeIQ reviewed more than 2.3 billion video frames.
“At Collab by ZDX, SafeIQ helps us make more informed partnership decisions and put the right, brand-aligned talent in front of our clients,” said Kelsey LeRose, Senior Vice President at Collab by ZDX. “SafeIQ is incredibly thorough in helping us see around corners to identify potential areas of vulnerability early, and it gets smarter about brand and category preferences over time. That means we can apply the standards and sensitivities we know matter to each client with even greater consistency.”
She noted that SafeIQ helps teams identify potential risks early and apply client-specific standards consistently. Overall, CreatorIQ aims to help enterprises manage creator marketing with greater efficiency, oversight, and confidence.
