Future Launches Helix Audience Intelligence Engine to Boost Ad Performance

Future Launches Helix

Future has introduced the Helix audience intelligence engine to transform advertising performance. The company revealed this innovation in New York. It aims to deliver stronger commercial outcomes for brands. The Helix engine for audience intelligence combines advanced data science with predictive AI. Moreover, it uses Future’s extensive first-party data ecosystem. As a result, it connects brands with high-value audiences at key purchase moments.

Additionally, Helix improves performance across more than 175 specialist media platforms. These include Tom’s Guide, TechRadar, Who What Wear, Marie Claire, GamesRadar+, and Homes & Gardens. It also extends reach across selected social environments. Previously, Future launched its Aperture platform in 2021. Since then, it has strengthened audience targeting using first-party data. Now, the Helix audience intelligence engine marks the next step in that evolution.

Key Capabilities Driving Helix Performance

Helix operates on three strategic pillars that enhance campaign outcomes.

Precision:

Helix uses editorial expertise and commerce insights. Consequently, it maps real-time audience intent. It targets users when they are ready to convert.

Prescription:

The platform analyzes performance across industries and brands. Furthermore, it recommends high-performing audience segments. It often identifies untapped personas for advertisers.

Performance:

Helix includes a Performance Pledge for U.S. advertisers. It guarantees Click-Through Rate improvements. In addition, it uses an advanced measurement suite. This system tracks results from awareness to conversion.

“Advertisers today aren’t just looking for scale or reach – they’re looking for certainty about which audiences will actually drive outcomes,” said Michael Peralta, Chief Revenue Officer at Future. “By applying data science and predictive AI to our first-party data, Helix identifies the audiences most likely to deliver results and measures their impact across the full path to purchase. Combined with the scale and influence of our brands, this intelligence creates a powerful new engine for our partners.”

Early results already highlight Helix’s impact. Initial tests covered 20 major campaigns across fashion, retail, and technology sectors. Notably, Helix delivered double-digit CTR growth. As a result, advertisers achieved higher Return on Ad Spend compared to traditional strategies.
