This funding extends Hightouch’s over-subscribed Series C round and highlights the rise of AI agents in marketing technology. Earlier in 2024, Hightouch launched AI Decisioning, the first agentic AI platform designed for lifecycle marketing. These AI agents personalize messages, timing, and channels for every customer in real time.
