Hightouch Introduces Lifecycle Studio to Transform Lifecycle Marketing with Agentic AI

Hightouch Launches Lifecycle Studio to Reinvent Lifecycle Marketing with Agentic AI

Hightouch has introduced Lifecycle Studio, a new workspace designed to help marketers create and launch personalized campaigns with Agentic AI. Lifecycle Studio enables marketing teams to move from campaign ideas to production-ready execution in minutes. The platform uses agents grounded in brand context, customer data, and campaign history to streamline campaign creation across multiple channels.

Lifecycle Studio becomes the second studio within Hightouch’s Agentic Marketing Platform (AMP). The solution helps marketing teams eliminate time-consuming manual processes and accelerate campaign execution. As a result, marketers can launch personalized campaigns more efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.

For more than a decade, lifecycle marketing has relied on complex workflows that require coordination across several teams. Campaigns often move through planning, data requests, audience creation, content reviews, approvals, and quality checks before reaching customers. However, Lifecycle simplifies this process by allowing agents to manage much of the work automatically.

Hightouch customers are already seeing measurable benefits. Companies such as Thumbtack use Lifecycle to reduce campaign production timelines from weeks to days. The platform also enables teams to launch programs that previously exceeded available resources.

“Lifecycle Studio has changed the way our team operates,” said Josh Mack, Head of Lifecycle Marketing, at Thumbtack. “We can now self-serve and launch on-brand campaigns across channels without the weeks of cross-team coordination and dependencies.”

Lifecycle Studio Accelerates Campaign Execution

Lifecycle Studio generates production-ready content for email, SMS, and push notifications. The platform accesses a company’s marketing ecosystem, including digital asset management systems, product catalogs, and campaign history. Consequently, it creates content that traditional tools and general-purpose large language models cannot easily produce.

The platform also automates operational quality assurance tasks. Compliance checks, dark-mode rendering, and ESP-specific templating run automatically during campaign creation. Therefore, teams can reduce manual reviews while maintaining campaign quality. Studio integrates with existing marketing technology stacks. Marketers can sync campaigns directly with email service providers and customer engagement platforms without deploying additional infrastructure.

Marketing teams use Studio to launch campaign backlogs, optimize existing campaigns, and respond quickly to emerging opportunities. In addition, the platform helps teams generate message variations, test audience segments, and create campaigns around market trends. Agents can even identify new campaign opportunities and prepare them for launch across email, SMS, and push channels.

“Most lifecycle teams have far more campaign ideas than they can realistically execute,” said Tejas Manohar, co-founder and co-CEO at Hightouch. “The targeting capabilities exist, but the content operation and workflow often can’t keep up. Lifecycle Studio closes that gap by collapsing what has traditionally been a 50-step process into a single agentic workflow.”

Studio further advances Hightouch’s vision for AI-native marketing infrastructure. The platform extends the company’s AI capabilities beyond advertising and supports lifecycle, retention, and CRM marketing initiatives.
