ICF Introduces New Accelerator Built on Salesforce and Docusign

ICF Launches New Accelerator Enabled by Salesforce and Docusign

Global solutions provider ICF announced the launch of a New Accelerator. The tool creates faster licensing, permitting, and inspections.  This New Accelerator utilizes commercial platforms Salesforce and Docusign. The program also leverages advanced agentic AI capabilities.  The software connects with existing technology systems. It automates complex tasks and streamlines digital collaboration for users.

David Birken works as the ICF senior vice president for digital modernization and experience. Birken discussed public sector challenges.

“Government agencies are under growing pressure to move faster, deliver more and stay compliant. The system combines company expertise with external tech platforms. This provides faster implementation for various regulatory services.  Our newest accelerator supports them by combining ICF’s deep federal expertise with trusted technologies from Salesforce and Docusign. Together, we are enabling faster implementation and greater impact for agencies and the citizens they serve.”

Advanced Cloud Integration for Public Agencies

Paul Tatum is the EVP of Global Public Sector Solutions at Salesforce. Tatum noted the friction in government work.

“The public sector faces the constant challenge of balancing citizen expectations for fast, seamless service against the reality of regulatory complexity and legacy systems. The new accelerator from ICF builds on our shared expertise to address this challenge head-on, leveraging the trusted and compliant capabilities of Agentforce Public Sector to help streamline internal operations and deliver faster, better experiences for citizens.”

Lee Fisher serves as Vice President of Public Sector and Life Sciences at Docusign. Fisher focused on approvals.

“Agencies need secure, efficient ways to manage agreements and approvals. ICF has thoughtfully embedded Docusign CLM, which enables automated workflows, ensures audit-ready compliance, and improves the applicant experience across the board.”

The program is by ICF Fathom. The product offers artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for digital transformation. The company lowers time-to-value and changes the way services are delivered. Data analysts, data scientists, and creative experts work collaboratively at the company. The firm was founded in 1969.
