Klaviyo, the autonomous B2C CRM, announced an expanded integration with Anthropic to bring new agentic marketing workflows to Claude. By connecting Klaviyo’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) server across Claude’s products, including Claude.ai and Claude Cowork, brands can securely access customer and performance data to generate actionable outputs like campaign briefs and marketing insights.
The integration bridges the gap between data and execution by allowing brands to ask questions about their marketing data using natural language. With the updated Klaviyo MCP Connector and a new Query Metric Aggregates tool, Claude can now pull Klaviyo reports.
