Neon One appointed Paul Rosenfeld as the Chief Marketing Officer to further enhance its nonprofit software solution nationwide. The company creates technology that helps generous communities and enhances relationships for nonprofits. This appointment is a sign of the ongoing investment in effective and human-centric nonprofit technology solutions.
Extensive Leadership Experience
Paul Rosenfeld has extensive leadership experience, with decades of experience serving small businesses and helping them grow. He has experience in distilling complex systems into simple, trusted solutions. Before that, he was a senior executive at American Express and Intuit. There, he helped small businesses manage payments, finances, and growth with confidence. He also repositioned Keap, a former Infusionsoft, as a leader in the CRM industry. Most recently, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at HOVER. There, he led the marketing team for its AI platform that translated spatial data into 3D models. This further reinforced his passion for making complex technology more accessible.
Improving Nonprofit Relationship Management
“Nonprofits succeed when relationships come first, even as their operations become more complex,” said Keith Reed, Chief Executive Officer of Neon One.“Paul has spent his career helping organizations grow without losing sight of the people they serve. He knows how to scale technology responsibly, build trust, and make advanced platforms feel approachable. That experience is incredibly valuable to the nonprofit sector.” Rosenfeld will now lead marketing as Neon One enhances its unified platform. The system integrates CRM, fundraising, payments, communications, and engagement tools.
“Nonprofits face most of the same challenges I’ve seen across small and growing businesses – namely, complexity, limited resources, and increasing expectations of their own constituents – but with an added layer of mission and responsibility,” said Rosenfeld. “What drew me to Neon One is its mission to serve these vital organizations and its desire to be an industry-leading platform for them. When technology is intuitive and designed around the real-world work users do day in and out, it gives organizations the ability to focus on what matters most: building relationships, advancing their mission, and making a lasting impact.”
