Real Launches Next-Generation Leo Pro AI Platform to Help Agents Manage Daily Tasks and Grow Their Businesses

Leo Pro

The Real Brokerage Inc. has launched the Leo Pro AI platform to help real estate agents manage daily operations and grow their businesses. The company also introduced Referral Central, a tool that streamlines agent-to-agent referrals within its proprietary reZEN operating system.

Real announced both products at RISE, its annual agent conference in Las Vegas. Together, these launches aim to reduce repetitive tasks while preserving agents’ control over client relationships and business decisions.

Tamir Poleg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Real REMAX Group, highlighted the company’s approach to technology.

“Technology should make agents more capable, not less important,” said Tamir Poleg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Real REMAX Group. “The future we’re building for our agents and the industry is one where technology takes more of the operational burden off agents’ shoulders, giving them more freedom to focus on the clients, relationships and decisions that drive their businesses.”

Leo Pro Automates Everyday Real Estate Tasks

The Leo Pro AI platform operates within reZEN and supports transactions, customer relationship management (CRM), listings, and marketing. It selects suitable AI capabilities for each request without requiring agents to choose models or write prompts.

For example, agents can create property videos, develop social media content, and produce customized marketing materials. Additionally, Leo Pro can identify promising contacts, re-engage inactive leads, schedule showings, and prepare listing presentations.

The platform also supports transaction workflows and seeks agent approval before taking important actions.

Pritesh Damani, Chief Technology Officer for Real REMAX Group, explained the platform’s purpose.

“Leo Pro is not here to replace the real estate agent. It’s here to make the agent more powerful,” said Pritesh Damani, Chief Technology Officer for Real REMAX Group. “Leo Pro can take a request, figure out what needs to happen, and coordinate the work across the tools an agent already uses. It can turn leads into new opportunities, answer questions, move deals forward, and keep work progressing when an agent is focused elsewhere. The goal is simple: You ask, and Leo Pro gets the work done.”

New AI Tools Expand Agent Capabilities

Real included other capabilities at RISE as well. The Leo Pro AI Agents provide more than thirty different kinds of agents for marketing, listings, transactions, and business processes. In turn, the Leo Pro AI Builder allows agents to build their own AI agents without programming knowledge.

With Leo Pro Voice, conversation-based task management, instruction, and approval become possible. Moreover, Leo Pro AiRM links CRM systems to AI-driven lead nurturing, aiding agents in reaching out to prospects and potential buyers.

HeyLeo Enhances the Homebuying Experience

Real also expanded HeyLeo, its AI-powered home-search concierge. Through HeyLeo.com and its mobile app, clients can discover properties, receive answers, and schedule showings.

New features include Leo Line, SMS notifications, persistent consumer accounts, and Agent-Run Search & Send. Consequently, agents can remain informed throughout the homebuying journey.

Referral Central Streamlines Agent Referrals

Agents are assisted by Referral Central in locating appropriate partners through production information and service areas. Agents can transmit agreements, highlight their strengths, and manage referrals via reZEN. According to Jenna Rozenblat, President of Real REMAX Group, the referral process is made easy and safe via the platform. In addition, Jenna emphasized other potentialities for connecting agents with new resources after Real acquired REMAX.

Referral Central will be available for use by all Real agents on RISE. In general, Real strives to enhance its technology environment and productivity of its agents through AI and better collaboration.
