ZoomInfo Introduces Native ClickUp Integration Through GTM.AI

ClickUp Integration

ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) has launched a native ZoomInfo ClickUp integration through GTM.AI, its AI-powered go-to-market platform. The integration brings verified company and contact data into ClickUp, helping sales, marketing, and project teams work with reliable information.

The ClickUp Converged AI Workspace allows teams to manage their tasks, documents, and projects. Today, their mutual customers can integrate the ZoomInfo data right into their current workflow.

Accessing ZoomInfo Intelligence Inside ClickUp

The connection employs a native adapter using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It is an open protocol that provides AI agents and applications access to data externally.

Once customers connect their ZoomInfo accounts to ClickUp, tasks, documents, and AI agents can query GTM.AI. They can retrieve company and contact information from ZoomInfo’s GTM Context Graph. The graph contains identity-resolved records covering more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals.

Earlier, the teams would export contact lists or copy the account information into ClickUp manually. However, with the new connector, all of these processes are eliminated since the information is readily accessible within tasks.

Therefore, teams can update account information while there is ongoing business and help AI responses using verified company information. Moreover, teams can add firmographic and contact information to projects without leaving the current platform.

Expanding GTM.AI Integrations

The ClickUp integration is just one of the many GTM.AI integrations that already exist. There’s Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Gong, LeanData, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace. More importantly, all of these integrations have access to the GTM Context Graph and governance principles.

Maintaining Security and Data Accuracy

Authentication and authorization are performed using customers’ already available permissions to ZoomInfo and ClickUp within the connector. Furthermore, GTM.AI transfers the data lineage and audit log information as well.

As compared to conventional export methods, the connector utilizing MCP obtains data directly from the GTM Context Graph of ZoomInfo. Hence, the ClickUp user can get access to the updated data related to accounts and contacts instead of using old files. This integration is mostly available for customers of ClickUp and ZoomInfo.
