Effective September 1, 2025, Accenture is set to roll out a revamped growth model and refreshed leadership structure to bolster its position as a reinvention partner in the AI era.
The company announced the formation of Reinvention Services, a unified business unit that brings together Accenture’s key offerings in Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations. Leading the new division will be Manish Sharma, currently CEO of the Americas, who will assume the role of Chief Services Officer.
With this integration, Accenture aims to deliver faster, more impactful solutions by embedding AI and data-driven capabilities directly into its service delivery. The move is designed to enhance collaboration across disciplines and respond swiftly to client needs in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Accenture will maintain its go-to-market approach by industry while continuing operations across its three geographic markets: the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
Alongside the structural change, the company announced key leadership transitions:
- John Walsh, Global COO, will become CEO of the Americas.
- Kate Hogan, COO of the Americas, will take over as Global COO.
- Muqsit Ashraf will remain head of Strategy.
- Jason Dess will lead Consulting, succeeding Jack Azagury, who is departing.
- Ndidi Oteh will lead Song, having previously overseen it in the Americas.
- Rajendra Prasad will head Technology and serve as CTO, replacing Karthik Narain, who is also exiting.
- Arundhati Chakraborty will continue leading Operations.
- Kate Clifford will step in as Global Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer, succeeding Angela Beatty, who is leaving Accenture.
“Clients want value delivered faster—and we are ready,” said Julie Sweet, Chair and CEO of Accenture. “This new model empowers us to move at greater speed and scale the power of Gen AI across our services. We’re setting the blueprint for becoming the most AI-enabled, client-centric professional services firm.”
Accenture acknowledged the contributions of outgoing leaders Jack Azagury, Karthik Narain, and Angela Beatty, thanking them for their impact and leadership.
The company noted that these changes are intended to create a stronger, more agile organization poised for continued growth and innovation in the age of AI.
