Hyland appoints Tracy Roccasalva as Chief Marketing Officer

Hyland officially appointed Tracy Roccasalva as its new Chief Marketing Officer to lead global brand strategy. This move comes as the ECM market enters an AI-driven transformation. Roccasalva brings over two decades of enterprise technology experience to the firm. She will focus on scaling growth for the AI-native Content Innovation Cloud. Her leadership supports the transition to the “Agentic Enterprise” category.

The new Chief Marketing Officer previously held leadership roles at VMware and Cisco. She most recently served as Head of Marketing at Ping Identity. Her expertise includes performance marketing and category positioning. Roccasalva will now lead Hyland’s global marketing organization. She aims to help customers scale intelligently through AI-driven work.

Leading the Content-Powered Agentic Enterprise Category

Roccasalva will manage scaling operations across the globe while emphasizing business results. Hyland keeps innovating their technology platform to cater to today’s enterprises. This appointment reflects a commitment to digital transformation and innovation.
