The Trade Desk announced the appointment of Sarah Gavin as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. The company confirmed that Gavin will join on June 15. Sarah Gavin will lead global brand strategy, communications, customer marketing, and demand generation initiatives. Additionally, she will help strengthen The Trade Desk’s position in the digital advertising market.
The company stated that Gavin will report directly to CEO and Founder Jeff Green. She will also work from the company’s Bellevue office.
Sarah Gavin Brings Strong Technology Marketing Experience
Before joining The Trade Desk, Gavin served as Chief Communications Officer and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Zendesk. During her tenure, she supported the company’s transition into an AI-powered customer service business.
Earlier, Gavin led global narrative strategy for Google Cloud. She also spent more than a decade at Expedia Group in senior communications leadership roles.
