Alteryx has announced the general availability of Alteryx One: Google Edition on Google Cloud Marketplace. The offering brings governed analytics directly to Google Cloud BigQuery.
The Google native approach enables companies to perform their analysis within the existing environment where the data already exists. On the other hand, the company’s business users can work on BigQuery data using the no-code interface of Alteryx. Furthermore, the solution enables users to leverage the artificial intelligence abilities of Google Cloud.
As more companies adopt the use of the cloud, faster access to dependable data is needed. But in doing so, organizations should ensure that they uphold good governance without moving data unnecessarily. According to the 2026 IT Leader Research done by Alteryx, only 18% of organizations have self-service cloud data access.
“What stood out to me about Alteryx One: Google Edition was how naturally it fits into the Google Cloud experience,” said Michael Wyant, Vice President, Enterprise Data & Corporate Solutions at Papa Johns. “I’m excited about the opportunity to make analytics more accessible by enabling business users to work with BigQuery data through an intuitive, governed experience.”
Alteryx Brings AI Capabilities to BigQuery Analytics
Alteryx One: Google Edition allows users to perform activities such as preparation, blending, analysis, and operationalizing BigQuery data. The platform also lets users create business logic workflows that the organization can reuse. In addition, users can purchase the solution through existing Google Cloud deals.
“Organizations are looking for analytics solutions that fit naturally into the cloud environments where their data already resides,” said Rajkumar Irudayaraj, SVP & General Manager, Emerging Business Unit at Alteryx. “With Alteryx One: Google Edition, we’re making it easier for Google Cloud customers to deploy Alteryx using their existing procurement processes while giving analysts the ability to work directly with BigQuery data. With Google Cloud, we’re helping customers accelerate time to insight without compromising governance, security, or performance.”
There are also new BigQuery AI Tools from Alteryx. These tools let analysts integrate Google Cloud’s AI capabilities into governed analytics workflows. They can use BigQuery data without moving or duplicating datasets. Users can apply AI through Alteryx’s no-code platform.
“Simplifying how enterprises procure and deploy critical technologies is a core component of accelerating digital transformation,” said Dai Vu, Managing Director, Marketplace & ISV GTM Programs at Google Cloud. “By bringing Alteryx One: Google Edition to Google Cloud Marketplace, Alteryx is providing customers with the trusted infrastructure and streamlined access needed to optimize operations and unlock real-world business value.”
Users can create workflows using drag-and-drop functionality or natural language input. Unstructured data can also be utilized. Main features available are Live Query for BigQuery, built-in AI support, and easy Marketplace integration. Additional capabilities of the platform include improved governance and empowerment of business analysts. Alteryx will also demonstrate how Papa John’s uses their software at an August 26 webinar. The discussion will cover financial reconciliation using Alteryx One, Google BigQuery, and Gemini Enterprise.
