ActiveCampaign has launched Wavelength, its latest marketing AI solution under Active Intelligence. The tool uses each business’s data to support marketing decisions.
In contrast to what ActiveCampaign reports and says that 84% of marketers still use generalized campaigns following industry standards- Wavelength looks at data specific to each business account and its performance trends. Wavelength takes into consideration more than 500 different signals for each business account.
Businesses using Active Intelligence currently report a 75% higher engagement rate. Meanwhile, Wavelength can draft campaigns, create audience segments, and identify broken customer journeys.
Wavelength constantly monitors accounts, campaign performance, customer engagement, and changes to the website. These factors help formulate recommendations specific to your business. For instance, Wavelength will be able to identify any changes to a product page. Then it will link the identified changes with available audience data to come up with a suitable campaign.
The early data indicates that the technology is able to boost click-through rates by as much as 17%. Moreover, the Wavelength technology can be used to perform multiple repetitive functions. The technology has the capability of generating marketing campaigns based on past experience and over 500 different data points.
Wavelength Extends AI Across ActiveCampaign
In addition to this, insights and suggestions can be programmed to occur on a regular basis. Wavelength even offers continual competitive, industry, and website intelligence. The recommendations offered by the technology become increasingly personal as marketers keep on using the system.
“What stands out about scheduled agent tasks is how practical it is. Instead of pulling the same reports and updates over and over, we can automate recurring work, get the output directly to the right stakeholders, and spend more time acting on the insights rather than gathering them,” said Tim Preston, VYBRNT, an ActiveCampaign partner.
Wavelength is linked with more than 300 functions of ActiveCampaign. Marketers can define what they need using natural conversations. Then they can ask Wavelength to create segments, manage contacts, and modify lists. Also, the system can create webhooks for you.
“The next step for AI in marketing isn’t just spotting the right opportunity; it’s acting on it right away,” said Chai Atreya, Chief Product and Technology Officer at ActiveCampaign. “Wavelength performs more of the work on a marketer’s behalf than anything we’ve shipped, and it does it grounded in each business’ own data. That’s what moves AI from something you consult to something you work alongside.”
Active Intelligence: Wavelength is available now to marketers seeking stronger marketing performance and engagement.
