Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW) is collaborating with Rejig.AI to expand AI-powered marketing capabilities for affiliated real estate agents.
The collaboration provides agents with an AI-powered marketing assistant designed to save time and improve local visibility. Additionally, the platform helps agents maintain consistent marketing activities across multiple channels.
The initiative supports KW’s open technology strategy announced earlier this year. In February, the company introduced an expanded integration-ready vision for its Command® CRM-plus platform.
Through the collaboration, agents can create hyperlocal posts, videos, and market reports using Rejig.AI. The platform can also generate marketing content when new listings enter the MLS. Importantly, agents retain control over their marketing materials. They can review and approve all content before scheduling or publishing.
“We’re focused on giving KW entrepreneurs every advantage to maximize their opportunities, and Rejig.AI delivers that by helping agents create relevant, hyperlocal marketing at scale while giving them back valuable time,” said Chris Cox, chief technology and digital officer at KW.
AI Tools Help Agents Strengthen Local Marketing
The AI-powered marketing platform offers several tools for KW-affiliated agents. These include automated listing promotions, AI-narrated video walkthroughs, and personalized print marketing materials.
Furthermore, agents can create content covering local news, events, trends, and community developments. This approach helps them deliver relevant content tailored to their respective markets. The platform also generates branded market reports using county, city, and neighborhood-level housing data. Meanwhile, Rejig.AI’s 7-Day Planner recommends content based on agent activity and publishing history.
“Real estate agents know they need to consistently market themselves and their listings, but creating that content takes time,” said Matthew Maier, co-founder of Rejig.AI. “Our collaboration with KW brings AI-powered marketing directly to its entrepreneurs, doing more of the heavy lifting behind the scenes while keeping agents in control of their brand and what they publish.”
Additionally, agents can manage social media activities from a single platform. They can review, schedule, and publish content across major social networks.
“One in five prospective buyers and current homeowners now use AI for homebuying research,” said Poorab Shah, co-founder of Rejig.AI. “Social content isn’t just about reach anymore. It’s part of the digital footprint buyers discover, and AI tools can surface it. Rejig.AI helps agents build that footprint consistently with relevant, local content.”
Rejig.AI reports that its platform can help agents save more than 10 hours weekly on social media activities.
