Firmable has launched Tech Intelligence to help B2B sales teams identify company technologies and reach relevant decision-makers. The AI-native platform connects technology detections with verified business and contact data. It covers 75,317 technologies across more than 19 million businesses.
This new product aids salespeople in understanding the technology stack of the software, cloud services, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence tools that their prospects have. Furthermore, sales teams can also recognize those prospects who are using competing technologies or products along with their own products. The service is offered by the Firmable platform as a paid add-on alongside Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
According to a survey done by Firmable, 71% of salespeople in the US regard poor timing of prospects and lack of prospect context as the most difficult thing for them. Nevertheless, only 12% admitted to having a solution for this problem.
Identifying Technology Beyond Company Websites
Traditional technographic tools often rely on company websites and job advertisements. Consequently, they can miss essential infrastructure details, including email systems, identity providers, hosting, and cloud services.
Tech Intelligence makes use of four different types of detection techniques for revealing such technologies. According to Firmable, their technology tracks 10 billion internet endpoints each week and then matches those signals with company data and contacts.
“Being AI-native means we can build products that legacy data vendors can’t bolt on,” said Leigh Jasper, co-founder and co-CEO of Firmable. “Tech Intelligence is a good example. Our AI monitors 10 billion internet endpoints every week, reads four kinds of public signals, matches what it finds to 20 million businesses and joins it to verified people. It does that around the clock. You can’t get there by patching an old database. We built our data layer for AI from day one, and that’s why we can ship this depth fast. We launched our MCP in July. Now Tech Intelligence in October. Customers should expect that pace from Firmable.”
Supporting Targeted B2B Sales Strategies
Tech Intelligence supports software vendors, managed service providers, IT services firms, cybersecurity providers, resellers, and channel partners.
For instance, the sales team can detect businesses that use competing products. In addition to this, they can find businesses that require migration and complementary technologies. Moreover, they can integrate technology data with purchase indicators, which include new IT executive hiring and funding initiatives.
This approach helps sales representatives prioritize accounts and identify relevant contacts before outreach. Teams can also use AI assistants to generate prospect lists based on technology usage, company size, and location.
Providing Transparent Technology Insights
Each detection includes a high, medium, or low confidence score and its last-observed date. This information helps sales teams assess evidence freshness before contacting prospects.
Firmable builds Tech Intelligence using publicly available information. The company says it does not access private networks, use credentials, or log into business systems.
“Sales teams in the US and Canada have no shortage of data. What they’re missing is the context that turns a list into a conversation,” said Chester Thompson, VP, Americas at Firmable. “Tech Intelligence closes that gap. A rep in Chicago or Toronto can see which accounts still run VMware, which ones have switched email providers, and who owns the decision, all before they pick up the phone. For MSPs, IT services firms and channel teams across North America, that means getting to migration and refresh work before the RFP lands. We’re growing fast, and this is exactly the kind of product that wins new logos.”
Following its July 2026 MCP release, Firmable continues expanding across the US and Canada. The company also serves Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
