Sprinklr Introduces Marketing AI Agents Beta to Help Enterprises Turn Insights into Action

Sprinklr Marketing AI Agents

Sprinklr Marketing AI Agents have entered beta, helping enterprise marketers turn customer insights into actionable campaigns faster. The connected AI system aims to simplify campaign planning, creative development, execution, and compliance. Consequently, marketing teams can respond to emerging trends while maintaining brand standards and human oversight.

Sprinklr, a Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platform based on artificial intelligence (NYSE: CXM), unveiled its beta version. It is designed to meet the increasing demands for marketers to handle multiple markets, channels, languages, and content. At the same time, developing campaigns usually takes several weeks, during which marketing windows may be missed.

AI Agents Connect Marketing Strategy and Execution

Marketing AI Agents from Sprinklr provide intelligence and execution power through the marketing process. They enable teams to transition from early customer insights to actionable recommendations without losing control of the critical decision-making process.

“Sprinklr was built to unify customer and market data across channels. Marketing AI Agents are the next evolution of that foundation,” said Karthik Suri, Chief Product & Corporate Strategy Officer at Sprinklr. “By connecting paid, owned, and earned data with emerging signals like AI discovery, creator insights, conversations, and customer feedback, we can help marketers do more than understand what’s happening. We can help them turn that intelligence into effective marketing at global scale. That’s part of a broader evolution of Sprinklr: bringing together data, intelligence, workflows, and AI agents so enterprises can move from understanding the customer to taking the right action faster.”

He explained that connecting paid, owned, and earned data with AI discovery, creator insights, conversations, and customer feedback can help marketers act more effectively at global scale.

The platform includes six specialized agents. The Ideation Agent identifies campaign opportunities using performance, audience, competitive, and listening data. The Creative Agent supports content variations, localization, editing, and A/B testing.

Moreover, the Campaign Execution Agent creates campaigns, audience and creative from media plans. The Compliance Agent verifies the content according to the brand guidelines, laws, organization policy and channel requirements. The Community Agent assists brands in finding the right conversation and replying with right context to the conversation. On the other hand, the Budget Optimization Agent suggests budget allocations before and during the campaign run.

All of this is intended to save time on routine tasks, speed up campaigns, enhance governance, and enable better decisions about marketing budgets. Nevertheless, people continue to make decisions regarding strategy, creativity, and brands.
