Event Technology Provider Agreement Names Cvent as Exclusive Partner for FMI

Financial Marketing Insights Selects Cvent as Exclusive Event Technology Provider

Event Technology provider Cvent and Financial Marketing Insights (FMI) have announced a strategic partnership for 2026. Under the agreement, Cvent will serve as the exclusive event technology provider for FMI’s global summit series. As a result, the event technology partnership will support stronger engagement across the financial services marketing community worldwide.

Cvent is a leading provider of meetings, events, and hospitality technology solutions. Meanwhile, FMI continues to build a global community focused on marketing excellence within the financial services sector through live events and industry discussions.

Together, the organizations will help foster meaningful connections in four major financial centers. Moreover, the summits will feature curated conversations around growth, client engagement, brand impact, and event-led growth strategies.

Throughout 2026, Cvent technology will support FMI’s Financial Services Marketing Leaders’ Summits at the following locations:

  • London, hosted on May 19, 2026 (Reuters, London)
  • Singapore, on Sept. 17, 2026 (LinkedIn HQ)
  • New York, on Nov. 18, 2026 (Reuters, NY)
  • Dubai, with the date and venue to be announced

Partnership Expands Global Event Experiences

For FMI’s community of senior financial services marketers, the collaboration will create a more seamless event experience. In addition, attendees will gain more opportunities to engage with peers and industry experts.

Participants will also hear directly from Cvent leaders during each regional summit. Consequently, they can access valuable insights into emerging trends, customer engagement strategies, and event innovation.

Furthermore, FMI members will gain access to Cvent’s flagship regional events. These include Cvent Accelerate programs hosted in Singapore, Sydney, Frankfurt, and Dubai. Therefore, members can expand their professional networks and strengthen industry relationships across global markets.

The partnership highlights rising demand within the financial sector for event programs that blend thought leadership, peer learning, and measurable business outcomes. As organizations seek stronger engagement, event-driven strategies continue to gain momentum.

“Financial services is a highly relationship-driven industry, and marketers in the sector are increasingly turning to events to accelerate those connections and drive real business impact,” said Jamie Vaughan, European Vice President, Cvent. “We’re proud to partner with FMI, an organization deeply committed to elevating the industry through more impactful engagement and live experiences around the world.”

“Financial Marketing Insights is delighted to partner with Cvent as we scale our global summits and webinar series,” said Jacob Howard, FCIM, Founder, Financial Marketing Insights (FMI). “Cvent’s technology strengthens the experience for our senior financial services marketing community and supports our ambition to deliver world-class, insight-led events across every market we serve.”
