Nooks has appointed Loreal Lynch as Chief Marketing Officer as the company expands its Revenue Agent Platform. Lynch will lead marketing as Nooks grows across the revenue lifecycle.
The company is at an important milestone in its evolution. Nooks has over 1,800 customers from different sectors. These firms include Deel, Cursor, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Rippling, and Notion. Additionally, the company is growing well beyond the outbound scope.
As the new CMO, Loreal Lynch will be responsible for overseeing the global marketing team at Nooks. Some of her roles will include category development, branding, product marketing, communication, and growth strategies. Lynch will also be responsible for go-to-market strategies across the company. Specifically, she will work on establishing the Revenue Agents as a tech category.
“Loreal is joining us at exactly the right moment,” said Dan Lee, co-founder and CEO of Nooks. “We’ve proven that we can build products customers love and create meaningful revenue outcomes. Now we’re expanding rapidly beyond our original wedge, and we need to make sure the way the market understands Nooks keeps pace with what we’re building. Loreal has helped build and scale category-defining businesses at Salesforce, Tableau, Stripe, and Jasper. She knows what it takes to turn a major technology shift into a market that customers understand and a brand they want to be part of. I’m incredibly excited to have her on the team.”
Nooks Expands Its Revenue Agent Platform
Lee has also underscored the fact that Lynch had experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Stripe, and Jasper before joining Nooks. Her profile, according to Lee, will help Nooks in its growth phase ahead. Nooks is expanding the Revenue Agent Platform across several revenue lifecycle stages. These include Inbound, Outbound, Deal Execution, Expansion, and Rep Performance.
The platform provides a common platform for human employees and AI agents that helps in conducting any revenue activities. As per Nooks’ customer success stories, some results have been seen due to the platform. Some of these results include a 3X increase in the pipeline generated through the platform among customers. In addition to this, 50% faster rep ramp is also one of those results.
“The last several years have fundamentally changed how products are built and marketed with AI, but we’ve barely scratched the surface of what’s possible in how products are sold,” said Lynch. “Revenue teams have more data, insights and recommendations than ever before. The bottleneck isn’t intelligence. It’s execution. That’s what makes the opportunity around Revenue Agents so compelling and why I believe Nooks has the potential to define this category.”
Loreal Lynch has over twenty years of experience in the technology industry. She had previously served as a leader at companies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Stripe, and Jasper. As part of her role at Salesforce, Lynch had been instrumental in the development & growth of its Business Intelligence & Analytics segment.
At Stripe, Lynch was the head of Global Brand & Demand Marketing. Her role included helping in the expansion of Stripe into the enterprise market. In her last stint, Lynch held the position of CMO at Jasper. She helped rebrand Jasper from an AI content tool. She positioned it as an enterprise marketing platform for broader business needs. Nooks is still building its leadership and enterprise presence.
