The Arena Group d/b/a Paradium.AI Takes Over InfoSentience to Scale Data-Driven Content Generation

Paradium.AI Acquires InfoSentience

The Arena Group Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Paradium. AI has acquired InfoSentience to advance Data-Driven Content Generation. The deal expands Paradium.AI’s technology and content capabilities.

Paradium.AI engages in technology, brand, data, and intellectual property operations. These include Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, and ShopHQ brands. The firm also runs the Adventure Network, which is comprised of Surfer, Powder, and Bike Magazines. On the other hand, InfoSentience specializes in data-driven automatic natural language generation.

This transaction capitalizes on the experience that InfoSentience has already gained through working with many partners. One of such companies is MaxPreps, which relies on its technology for the creation of content that requires lots of data. Paradium.AI intends to leverage InfoSentience’s deterministic and voluminous narrative engine.

“The acquisition of InfoSentience represents a pivotal shift from traditional publishing to a robust technology infrastructure,” said Ryan Bonini, General Manager, Sports & Leisure at The Arena Group. “By integrating InfoSentience’s deterministic language generation, we believe that we are providing the scale and sophistication required for creators and brands to excel in an AI-driven landscape. This technology enhances our editorial capabilities and empowers media entrepreneurs with data-driven reach that was previously unattainable independently.”

Technology Integration Expands Content Capabilities

Technology can help to make coverage of data-rich topics such as international finance and sports easy for editorial teams. This will improve the process of creating massive amounts of content. The two platforms when combined will help automate repetitive reporting and data-intensive journalism work. Consequently, journalists will have more time for investigative journalism.

Paradium.AI can also use this technology to access markets which have been covered with lesser content before. This strategy may result in a more efficient content ecosystem. After the acquisition, InfoSentience will continue working for its partners. In addition, it will launch new services and attract new clients. Wasick will stay with the merged company. Paradium.AI made this acquisition with its cash reserves.

“Joining forces with The Arena Group, newly branded as Paradium.AI, marks a thrilling new chapter for our team and the technology we’ve built at InfoSentience,” said Steve Wasick, Founder of InfoSentience. “Our technology is built to surface impactful, data-driven insights across a large range of topics. Paradium.AI is an incredible platform to plug into, and we are eager to push the boundaries of data-driven storytelling and deliver unparalleled value to creators and audiences alike through this partnership.”

According to the firm, the deal is likely to be accretive to earnings in 2026. Livmo acted as the only sell-side advisor for the deal. In general, the deal is going to make Paradium.AI stronger in terms of Data-Driven Content Generation. There are going to be other opportunities as well.
