Kim Miller is going to be the head of the global marketing and strategy teams at Rithum. In addition, she comes with substantial knowledge on retail, consumer experiences, and digital transformation. Additionally, her leadership skills will aid the organization in crafting its market strategy. Miller brings more than 20 years of experience across digital transformation, omnichannel retail, and consumer growth initiatives. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and leading consumer brands.

More recently, Miller was the Chief Customer Officer at Saks Global, where she led the enterprise customer strategy for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. Prior to that, she was the President of Saks OFF 5TH, leading its billion-dollar-plus omnichannel business. Moreover, Miller was the Chief Marketing Officer at Rakuten, overseeing brand and performance marketing programs for millions of members and thousands of retail partners. Miller will be involved in strengthening Rithum’s market positioning in her new assignment. Additionally, she will increase engagement among customers and showcase the value of commerce solutions offered by Rithum. She will also help brands and retailers cope with the AI-led commerce ecosystem.
